2. Conditions of Sale
2.1 Terms of Payment
Payment is due prior to delivery for cash accounts. For all account sales, invoices are due in full by the last day of the month. If payment terms are not met, all outstanding balances become due immediately.
2.2 Prices
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2.3 Delivery/Quotations
All delivery estimates and quotations are provided in good faith, based on our current delivery schedules and subject to material availability. While every effort is made to meet quoted delivery dates, no liability is accepted should these be exceeded.
2.4 Quotations
Quotations are based on current costs and are subject to amendment following acceptance to reflect any recognised increase in costs. Such increases will apply at the date of invoice/dispatch, regardless of the order date. Unless otherwise stated, quotations are based on our current range of stock.
2.5 Special Orders
No returns or cancellations will be accepted for special order items.
2.6 Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of orders for goods that are ready for dispatch, in transit, or in the process of manufacture.
2.7 Conditions of Order
Any special conditions contained in a customer’s official order form will only be binding insofar as they do not conflict with these Terms and Conditions, unless specifically accepted by us in writing.
2.8 Credits
Goods correctly supplied to order cannot be accepted for credit. However, at our discretion, we may accept such goods for return, subject to a handling charge of 20% of the invoice value or £10, whichever is greater. Goods must be returned in perfect, resalable condition for credit to be issued.
2.9 Damaged Goods
Claims for damaged goods must be made in writing to the company’s official office within 24 hours of receipt. Claims for unboxed goods must be signified at the time of delivery to be valid. All damaged goods must be returned to us before a credit can be issued.
2.10 Crazing and Shading
No guarantee is given against crazing or shading of tiles or fittings. We accept no responsibility for tiles that show crazing, shading, or other faults after installation, as all goods should be carefully inspected before fixing. The use of goods delivered constitutes acceptance by the customer.
2.11 Value Added Tax
All prices shown and quoted are exclusive of VAT, which will be applied at the prevailing rate at the date of invoice.
2.12 Sale or Return
No goods are supplied on a sale or return basis.
2.13 Site Deliveries
Site deliveries are undertaken on the understanding that the purchaser is responsible for off-loading, safe storage, and protection of the goods from theft or damage due to weather.
