Within the wet rooms, Borneo Sand in a 60x120cm format creates a serene, spa-like atmosphere, its soft, natural tones reflecting the calming essence of the surrounding shoreline. This is elevated further with the introduction of the matching herringbone Arrow décor tile, adding texture, movement, and a bespoke design detail that enhances the overall aesthetic.

The interior living spaces—including the kitchen, hallway, and open-plan living areas—feature Ecoslate Beige in a generous 90x90cm size. These tiles provide a clean, contemporary foundation, with subtle tonal variation that adds depth while maintaining a cohesive flow between spaces. Their large format contributes to the expansive, uncluttered feel of the home.

Externally, New Stone Beige was selected to extend the design language outdoors, creating a harmonious transition between interior and exterior living areas.
