The Waddon

Vista Tiles supplied our Newton porcelain tiles for the bathrooms of a major residential development in Croydon, comprising 126 affordable homes—including 56 for affordable rent and 70 for shared ownership—located near Waddon railway station.

Selected for their modern design, durability, and low maintenance, our Newton tiles provide a practical and stylish solution for high-use residential environments.

The development also features landscaped communal green space, natural play areas, allotments, EV charging stations, and a public art installation, supporting sustainable, community-focused living.
